Please Note:

• All items are consolidated and sent on every Friday of the week. The consolidated items are delivered back to headquarters on the following Friday.
• Carpets require minimum 14 days for completion.
• Stain removal services can be performed at customers’ risk, at an additional cost.
• All ornaments and buttons, eg: plastic, metal or glass etc must be removed by customers before sending them for cleaning. We shall not be responsible for any potential damages or loss arising to this.
• We shall not be responsible for loss of any items left in the pockets, damages due to wear and tear, poor quality and workmanship.

Service Duties: Cleaning Of Air Filters & Covers Cleaning Of Blower Wheels & Cooling Coils Cleaning Of Drainage Tray & Flushing Drain Pipe/s Checking Of Compressor Suction & Discharge Pressure Checking Fan Bearings & Greasing (If Applicable)

• Individual air-con units, including compressors are termed as ‘’Per Unit’’.
• Above charges are only applicable for general servicing and maintenance, excluding replacement of parts due to damage or wear and tear situations.
• Recommended booking timeline = 7-14 Days.

• Listed services are for canines only. For similar services catering to other types of pets, please call for full details and discussion.
• Above prices are applicable for pets serviced within the grooming house premise. For transport pick-up and send-back, additional S$15 is applicable.
• Due to overwhelming schedules, only weekdays are available for grooming services.
• For boarding duration of 7 days and above, pets will be groomed at least once.
• Please kindly inform us in advance if paid grooming is to be done together with the boarding service.
• Pets will be assessed by groomers, prior to the service. Pets with serious behavioral issues will not be suitable for grooming/boarding.
